Shipping & Returns Policies
This page explains the Glyco Medix shipping, order processing, payment, return, cancellation, damaged item, missing item, and refund policies for orders placed through glycomedix.com.
Domestic Shipping Rates: We ship domestically via USPS utilizing FLAT RATE shipping or UPS. Pricing is automatically calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship internationally via USPS FLAT RATE or UPS Worldwide Express. Pricing is automatically calculated at checkout.
Order Processing: U.S. orders with standard shipping received by 2:00 PM PST are processed for shipment that day.
Payment Methods: Orders placed online with payment by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Returns: We will accept any unopened, unmarked product for return within 30 days of purchase for refund to your credit card. No returns accepted after 30 days.
Cancellation: We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours after order is placed for a refund.
Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Damaged /Missing Items: If you receive a shipment that contains a broken/damaged item or if an item is missing, we require you notify our office within 7 business days. Pictures of the shipping box and damaged items are required to expedite resolution.
